What is Bamboo Cotton Blend?

At NakedLab, every product begins with purpose: to deliver true comfort by using nature’s finest materials. From the bedding you sleep in, to the towels you reach for every day, we believe luxurious softness, sustainable sourcing, and physical wellbeing can - and must - go hand in hand. That’s why we meticulously select each fabric, balancing science, sustainability, and sensorial pleasure in everything we create.

Bamboo Cotton Blend - Everyday Softness

For our NakedLab towel collection, we combine the best of both worlds. The blend combines the natural softness and performance of bamboo with the strength, plushness and long-staple fibres of Aegean cotton, renowned for its superior softness, absorbency and durability.

Best of both worlds

The bamboo fibres contribute exceptional moisture-wicking properties, allowing towels to dry faster and stay fresher between washes. Their naturally antibacterial qualities help inhibit the build-up of odour-causing bacteria, keeping towels hygienic for longer. The addition of carefully selected Aegean cotton provides durability and structure, ensuring the towels retain their luxurious feel even after frequent laundering.

Like our bedding, NakedLab towels are produced with sustainability in mind, using certified organic bamboo, minimal chemicals, and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes. Our biodegradable packaging, often made using offcuts from production, reflects our zero-waste philosophy, ensuring nothing goes to landfill unnecessarily.

FAQ

What makes NakedLab Bamboo Towels different from regular cotton towels?

Our Aegean cotton and organic bamboo blend offers superior softness, absorbency, and durability compared to standard cotton. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial, moisture-wicking, and eco-friendly, while Aegean cotton provides long-lasting plushness.

What is the GSM (grams per square meter) of these towels?

Our luxury bamboo towels are 500–600 GSM, ensuring a thick, plush, and ultra-absorbent experience - perfect for a spa-like feel at home.

Are these towels eco-friendly?

Yes! The organic bamboo is sustainably sourced, and Aegean cotton is grown with ethical farming practices. Plus, our production uses low-impact dyes and minimal water waste.

Will these towels stay soft after washing?

Absolutely! Thanks to long-staple fibers, our towels resist pilling and stay luxuriously soft wash after wash. For best results, avoid fabric softeners (they reduce absorbency) and tumble dry on low.

How absorbent are NakedLab towels compared to regular cotton?

Our towels are a mix of Bamboo and Cotton. Bamboo fibers are naturally more absorbent than cotton, soaking up moisture 30% faster. Combined with Aegean cotton, these towels provide quick-drying, plush comfort.

Do these towels resistant to odor when wet?

A BIG YES! Unlike some synthetic or low-quality bamboo towels, our NakedLab towels are odor-resistant due to bamboo’s natural antibacterial properties.

Are these towels suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Lots of NakedLab users are babies and kids, so we have that in mind when we design our towels. Our towels are, therefore, hypoallergenic and chemical-free. The bamboo-cotton blend is gentle on sensitive skin, making it ideal for babies, eczema sufferers, or anyone who prefers non-irritating fabrics.
