Hands up if your partner's snoring wakes you up.

For years, that was my reality. But the bigger issue was on his side of the bed. My husband would complain about feeling exhausted, even after a full nine hours of sleep—he just wasn't getting the deep, restorative rest his body needed.

My research led me to the incredible science of nasal breathing (if you don't know, you have to read it up), but the existing mouth tapes we found felt clinical and uncomfortable. I was determined to create a better option for him—one that was soft, gentle, and so comfortable you’d barely notice it was there.

That's why we designed this mouth tape. It’s a simple way to support healthy nasal breathing, which can not only reduce snoring (meaning better sleep for you) but also dramatically improve the quality of rest (meaning better mornings for everyone).

How to use

3. Wake & Remove: In the morning, gently hold the surrounding skin taut and slowly peel away the tape.

What's the difference between Version 1 & 2?

  • Regardless of the version you select, your duvet will be presented in our signature packaging. Both styles are also finished with the same sleek, decorative piping, highlighting our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

    Features corner ties and additional ties on all four sides. Simply tie these to the corresponding ties on your duvet to ensure it stays perfectly in place.

Our mouth tape is designed for adults and is not recommended for anyone under 12 years old. Do not use if you have:

What if I feel a sense of panic or feel like I can’t breathe?

It’s completely normal to feel a new sensation when you first start. If this happens, take a moment to pause. Close your eyes and focus on taking slow, deep breaths in and out through your nose. Your body is naturally designed to breathe this way, and doing so sends signals of calm to your nervous system.Remember, you are in control. If you ever feel truly uncomfortable, simply remove the tape. There's no pressure. You can always try again for a shorter time tomorrow. It's a gentle process of getting reacquainted with your body's natural way of breathing.

Can I drink water while wearing the tape?

What should I do if the tape feels sticky or hard to remove in the morning?
