Shipment Tracking
Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours- 2 working days to update. If it's been over the time period without an update please email at hello@nakedlab.com.
Changing Shipping Address
NakedLab orders are processed immediately upon submission and typically cannot be altered. If changes are needed after shipment, please contact the carrier for address adjustments. Modifying addresses or shipping methods can affect delivery times and may result in additional fees paid by the customer to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, reach out to us within 5 days of tracking it as delivered.
Customs & duties
Many countries levy customs duties and import taxes on goods from overseas. These fees are outside of our control and might occasionally cause delays in your package's delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for customers facing customs duties or import taxes.
