• During the weaving process, some fibers naturally extend beyond the main fabric structure

• New towels often have more visible loose threads that will settle after a few washes

• This is a characteristic of the natural bamboo fiber, not a quality defect

• Trim longer threads with scissors - this won't damage the towel

• Don't pull loose threads, as this could affect the weave

• Be patient - after 2-3 washes, most loose threads will naturally settle or wash away

Simply trim the snag level with the surface using sharp scissors. For best results, we suggest washing them separately from items that could catch on the plush loops, such as vro or hooks.
