Hands up if your partner's snoring wakes you up.

For years, that was my reality. But the bigger issue was on his side of the bed. My husband would complain about feeling exhausted, even after a full nine hours of sleep -he just wasn't getting the deep, restorative rest his body needed.

My research led me to the incredible science of nasal breathing (if you don't know, you have to read it up), but the existing mouth tape we found felt clinical and uncomfortable. I was determined to create a better option for hi - one that was soft, gentle, and so comfortable you’d barely notice it was there.

That's why we designed this mouth tape. It’s a simple way to support healthy nasal breathing, which can not only reduce snoring (meaning better sleep for you) but also dramatically improve the quality of rest (meaning better mornings for everyone).

It has truly transformed our nights, and I hope it does the same for yours.

Is mouth tape safe to use?

What if I feel a sense of panic or feel like I can’t breathe?

It’s completely normal to feel a new sensation when you first start. If this happens, take a moment to pause. Close your eyes and focus on taking slow, deep breaths in and out through your nose. Your body is naturally designed to breathe this way, and doing so sends signals of calm to your nervous system.Remember, you are in control. If you ever feel truly uncomfortable, simply remove the tape. There's no pressure. You can always try again for a shorter time tomorrow. It's a gentle process of getting reacquainted with your body's natural way of breathing.

Can I drink water while wearing the tape?

Yes! The mouth tape features a center hole design that allows for convenient sips of water during the night while still maintaining the benefits of nasal breathing.

What should I do if the tape feels sticky or hard to remove in the morning?

If the tape feels sticky when you wake up (which can happen when your skin is dry), simply dab some water on the mouth tape to make it wet, then gently remove it. The water will help soften the adhesive and make removal much easier and more comfortable. Always remove slowly while keeping your skin taut to avoid any discomfort.

How long does it take to see results?

Most people need several days of consistent nightly use to experience the maximum benefits. Be patient and trust the process—you'll feel the difference in your sleep quality and morning energy levels.

What's your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges are not available for mouth tape products.
